This is a fun one to make ahead with kiddos or a loved one on a date night in. 
@kitehillfoods vegan yogurts are perfect for this recipe, making them dairy-free, creamy, and the perfect flavor; my go-to favorite yogurts. I found these yogurts at my local @heb 🤩

✨Vegan Yogurt Dipped Pretzels ✨
🍓INGREDIENTS
1 package pretzels 
1 Kite Hill strawberry yogurt 
1 Kite Hill vanilla yogurt
5 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/4 cup Cacao Powder 
1 cup chopped strawberries 
🍓INSTRUCTIONS
•Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
•In a mixing bowl, mix 2 1/2 cups of the confectioners’ sugar into the strawberry yogurt one cup at a time, mix or whip throughly until there aren’t any lumps and it is smooth.
•In a separate bowl, repeat with the Cacao power and vanilla yogurt with the remaining 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, whip until smooth.
•Chop strawberries into small pieces to top the pretzels with. 
•Using tongs or chopsticks, dip the pretzels, one at a time into the frosting flavors as preferred, and place them on the wire cooling rack (Place a cookie sheet under the wire rack to catch the excess frosting that will drip from the pretzels). Add strawberries on desired pretzels. 
•Once all pretzels are coated, turn your oven off and place the wire rack and cookie sheet in, leaving the oven door slightly open. The excess heat will help the frosting dry without leaving the pretzels soggy.
•Allow frosting to harden for 3-4 hours, remove from oven, and store pretzels in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To speed the process let frosting harden for 1 hr in oven and then 1 hr in freezer. 
Save in airtight container. ❣️

RECIPE//
HOLIDAY FRUIT & NUT CHOCOLATE BARK 
>>INGREDIENTS
* 12 ounces vegan chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
* ¾ cup raw nuts or seeds (choose from almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, pistachios and/or pepitas)
* ¼ cup @naturesgardenus probiotic dried cherries, probiotic apricots, roasted hazelnuts, and I included candied ginger, & pistachios. 
* About ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt, (optional)
>>INSTRUCTIONS
1. melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring after each one. Don’t overdo it. The chocolate is done when it’s about 90% melted—keep stirring off the heat and the pieces should completely dissolve. (Alternately, you can use melt it in a heat-proof bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water.)
2. Cover a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a silicone or rubber spatula to spread chocolate evenly over the center area of the baking sheet—aim for about ¼″ thickness (it won’t reach the edges).
3. Sprinkle the nuts evenly over the chocolate, followed by the dried fruit. If you’re adding flaky salt, crush it between your fingers as you sprinkle it over the chocolate. Lightly use your palms to press the toppings into the chocolate.
4. If you’re in a hurry, place the pan on a flat surface in the refrigerator to harden for about 15 minutes. If you’re not, let the chocolate cool at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours, until completely hardened.
5. Once the chocolate is completely hardened, use your hands to break it into about 25 pieces. Serve immediately, or cover and store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
I have to admit, I’m going to enjoy making this one all year long, not just during the holidays! @naturesgardenus dried fruit & nuts made this the perfect healthy holiday treat!! 🫶🏽

🍕Vegan Polenta Pizza Bites✨
INGREDIENTS🌽
•1 tube @Ancientharvest Basil & Garlic Polenta
•1 Handful Basil, fresh leaves or dried 
•1/2 zucchini —thinly sliced 
•1/2 cup mushrooms —thinly sliced
•1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts 
•1/2 cup marinara sauce 
•Salt + pepper
•Red pepper flakes 
•1 tbsp Olive oil
-Vegan mozzarella (shredded)
👩🏻‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slice polenta into round disks, about 1/2 inch thick. 
2. Start with olive oil and marinara, and then layer in ingredients, top with basil and red pepper flakes. 
3. Bake on parchment lines baking sheet pan for 20-30 minutes at 400*, until edges are golden and cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy at your next holiday party!!

🍊HOLIDAY CRANBERRY ORANGE SCONES {vg + gf}
✨INGREDIENTS✨
Scone Dough
* @pamelasproducts Pamela’s Biscuit & Scones Flour Mix (gluten-free!)
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 Tbsp orange zest
* 1/2 cup vegan unsalted butter, cubed and cold
* 1 flax egg* (1 tbsp flax + 2 tbsp water mix and set until gel-like consistency)
* 2 Tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
* 6 Tbsp (add gradually & add more if needed) vegan milk alternative, plus more for brushing
* 1/2 tsp almond extract
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
* 1 cup cranberries, 1/2 cup fresh/ 1/2 cup dried 
🍊Orange Glaze/Icing 
* 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
* 1 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (add gradually)
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 Tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
* 1 tsp orange zest (optional), extra for plating on top
✨INSTRUCTIONS✨
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray with baking spray).
2. In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar and orange zest together.
3. Next, dry ingredients, mix until combined.
4. Cut in cold butter with a pastry cutter (or using a stand mixer on low speed), until the dough resembles coarse crumbs (and the butter is about the size of peas). Set aside.
5. Whisk  prepared flax egg, orange juice, vanilla and almond extract together. 
6. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
7. Add in the cranberries, and mix until combined. 
8. Turn the scone dough out onto a floured surface, and pat into a 1” thick circle. Cut the dough into 8 triangles with a sharp knife.

This Tuscan Artichoke Salad is perfect for those hot summer days, and will be on repeat over here, all summer long (recipe below)! 🥗☀️ Cara Mia® Artichokes @caramiaproducts made this the perfect Tuscany inspired fresh & vibrant salad! I used Cara Mia® Marinated Artichoke Hearts & Cara Mia Artichoke Bruschetta found at my local Sprouts. This salad is perfect for bringing to a summer party or BBQ! Cara Mia provides delicious flavor without the hassle & is an easy way to include a variety of veggies in your day-to-day meals for the entire family! Explore using artichokes in your favorite recipes, like my Tuscan artichoke salad or create new recipes, use in dips, pasta dishes, bruschetta, or for an easy snack addition.
